Now, let's talk about how much can shift in your business in a short amount of time. I have seen clients quadruple their monthly income within a month or two of working with me. It's all about having the right support and mindset. For example, one client came to me earning around $5,000 per month and quickly reached $20,000 per month after joining my Mastermind. Another client went from earning under $10,000 per month to having a $10,000 week within three months of working together. These shifts are possible for you too.

To make big shifts in your business, you need to play bigger and show up as the next-level business owner you want to be. Start making decisions and taking action as if you're already bringing in seven figures. Let go of worries and focus on the bigger picture. Believe that there are plenty of leads and clients out there for you. Shift your mindset and watch your business soar.

When it comes to locking in sales, you have several options. You can pre-sell spots for next year's coaching programs, offering bonuses and discounts for early sign-ups. Another option is to create new bundles or packages that include past training or coaching sessions. You can also offer coaching sessions that can be used anytime in the first quarter of the year. The key is to find what works best for you and your audience.

Now is the time to decide what you want to sell for the rest of the year. Consider your current offers, your audience's needs, and your capacity. You can sell spots in your current programs or create new offers and bundles. Black Friday and New Year's Eve are also great opportunities to boost sales. Plan your sales calendar and get ready to make a big impact in the next three months.

Remember, so much can shift in your business when you have a strong foundation, the right support, and a clear plan. Believe in yourself and your ability to achieve your goals. You have the power to create the business and life you desire. Now, let's go out there and make it happen!

In the next segment of this episode, I want to share with you a case study of one of my clients who experienced a significant shift in her business in just a few months. This client came to me earning around $10,000 per month, with occasional $10,000 months, but she was struggling to consistently reach that level of income. Together, we focused on streamlining her programs and systems to create more capacity for clients and to work smarter, not harder.

During one of our group coaching calls, I challenged my clients to create a plan to add an additional $10,000 in monthly recurring revenue (MRR) to their businesses. This client took it to the next level and created a plan to have a quick cash injection of $10,000 to $15,000 within 72 hours. She decided to offer a mini program to her audience, knowing that there were at least 15 to 20 people who would be interested in it.

The mini program was a six-week program priced at $1,000. She positioned it as a downsell to those who couldn't afford or weren't ready for her higher-ticket mastermind program. She created urgency by stating that it was a one-time offer and that she wouldn't be running it again this year. Within the 72-hour window, she sold 10 spots and generated an additional $10,000 in revenue.

This case study highlights the power of creating new offers and thinking outside the box. It's not always about selling the same programs or services. Sometimes, creating a downsell or a special offer can attract a different segment of your audience and generate quick revenue. So, when planning your sales strategy for the rest of the year, consider what other offers or bundles you can create to meet the needs of your audience and boost your income.

With the right mindset, support, and strategic planning, you can achieve significant results in a short period of time. Remember to play bigger, show up as the next-level business owner, and believe in your ability to reach your goals.
