Today, I am diving into everything you need to know in order to generate an additional $10,000 in revenue before the end of this year. We are going to chat about tricks to boost your Q4 sales. I’m also going to share my very own sales plan through the end of the year with you to give you some more inspiration for your own business.
$10K BY NEW YEARS

Welcome back to another episode of The Fierce Business Babe Podcast. Today I’m going to dive into how you can generate some more income before the end of the new year. Something that I've been sharing on social media for the past month or two is that Q4 is typically the biggest quarter for online coaches and service-based businesses. I see this trend from the beginning of the year through the end, everything just continues to ramp up. Q4 is usually the biggest quarter for so many. I want to chat about how you can make it your biggest Q4 yet and then continue to grow next year. I want to give you some ideas on how to bring in another $10K by New Years. Yes, $10,000 into your business is possible for you. We're going to be getting into some fun and exciting things today. We’re going to chat about how to make quick shifts in your business, my actual sales plan through the end of the year, ways to make $10K by New Year's, and so much more.
QUICK SHIFTS FOR YOUR BUSINESS
The first thing that I wanted to chat about is how to make quick shifts in your business. I want to remind you that a month from now, even a week from now, you can be in a totally different space. So much can happen in a short amount of time if you choose for it to. I have had clients come into some of my containers and they've doubled the amount of sales in the last week of their business than the entire month. I've had some clients bring in $20K in the last three days of the month. So much can shift so quickly and I wanted to share that evidence with you because it can happen. It's so possible. I've seen it and you can create it as well. You have the power to make that shift and make it happen for yourself. You have the power to be in a totally different space, whether it's physically, emotionally, or financially. Choose for it to happen, believe it, plan for it, and then go execute.
There are no prerequisites to reach a $10K month. When I first started my business back in 2014, I thought there were. I thought that I had to slowly ramp up. I quickly learned that there are no prerequisites. I have some clients who hit a $10K month their second month in business. I have some who hit a $5,000 month and then jump up to a $10,000 month the very next month by making a few tweaks to their business, their model, and how they're running their programs. Growth in business is not always linear. I've had some clients jump so quickly. You get to choose your timeline. Your timeline doesn't need to look like anybody else's. You only have your own timeline, I don't want you comparing it to anybody else’s timeline. Their business looks so different, their audience is so different, everything is so different. The way they sell, the way they show up on social media, the way they serve their clients and their audience, it is all different. You can only compare yourself to you.
I want to give you a few journal prompts to get started before we actually put together your plan for $10K before we step into 2025. The first question I want you to ask yourself is, what do I need to let go of in order to move forward? There are things that are actually holding you back right now from getting what you want. Most of the time it's something that you're believing. It's a limiting belief you have. It's you holding yourself back. So, what do you need to let go of in order to move forward? What is actually holding you back from getting what you want? For example, are we afraid of putting ourselves out on social media? Are we afraid of being rejected from leads? Are we afraid of success? Are you worried about how you're going to handle that or how you're going to be able to hold space for all the clients that come? Really spend some time thinking about that.
The next journal prompt that I want you to think through is, when do I feel most successful? I want you to write a list of a dozen activities that make you feel successful and go do one of them today. This could be grabbing a glass of champagne at your favorite wine bar in town. It could be making a micro upgrade to your coffee that you're going to go and get today. Maybe it's you buying something for yourself or upgrading your massage, whatever it may be. What are some activities that make you feel more successful? What are some activities that make you feel rich? Go do one of them. We get to step into being the woman at that next level. We get to step into being the woman who is very ready for $10K before the end of the year.
The next question I want you to ask yourself is, what is one area in your business where you've been playing too small? Tell me why that's no longer serving you and that you're ready to release it. Maybe it's showing up on social media. Maybe it's selling to your email list. Maybe it’s creating new content. It may be starting this new program or a mastermind that you’ve been wanting to start, but you haven't. What is one area in your business you’ve been playing too small? Journal through why that's no longer serving you. I want you to start considering who you get to be at that next level. How would the next level version of you act? How would she be stepping into her day to day?
I also want to share a few things with you that I celebrated and how I’ve celebrated my bigger months as I continue to grow. I celebrate those months before they even happen. I knew that in order to hit my first $10K month I needed to step into the woman that was already hitting them consistently. What would the $10K version of me do? She would show up so much on social media. She would take action daily and be consistent. She would be showing up as if her next client was watching her. How would you show up? What would that version of you do? How would she act on sales calls or on a webinar? How would that version of you show up? She wouldn't be afraid of rejection. She would utilize the time to show her potential clients that their vision is possible. She would show them what's truly holding them back. So, how would you treat yourself? How would that version of you treat yourself to celebrate? It may be a dinner to treat yourself tonight. Maybe your next vacation. You are worthy of celebrating now. You are worthy of treating yourself now. Start stepping into that next level version of you so that you can start being that. Starting taking action as an actual version of you would.

If you're new to my community I want to share with you that most of my programs at this point are evergreen. What that means is they run all year long, however, the program itself has changed over the years. There may be a different amount of calls included, a different amount of support or access to me. I always say get in now, that way we can kick things off now.
We will also be pre-selling sports for the 2025 start dates for all of our programs. That's going to be the main focus for December. I usually take the majority of the month off for the holidays, while selling with our audience in emails and things like that. Those are the main things I'll be selling through the rest of the year. It's likely I may also have a secret offer, a secret menu item as I like to call it, before the end of the year with some type of package, so keep your eyes out for that as well. HOW TO MAKE AN EXTRA $10K BY NEW YEARS
Now that we talked about how to make quick shifts in your business and my sales plan for the rest of the year, I want to get into ways that you can make $10K by New Years. If you have a Google doc, a piece of paper, or a notebook in front of you we can reverse-engineer to $10k. First, take a look at your current offers. What is the price point of each offer? What is your capacity for each offer? Write out your current offers and take a look at them. Once you have all of those and the price point of each we can start to reverse engineer. Ask yourself, how would you like your $10K to happen? What makes sense for your business season right now? Let’s say you have one-on-one spots and group spots in your product suite. Do you want to start new one-on-one clients in December? There's no right or wrong, it's really what feels good to you. If the answer is no, you can either sell some group spots or pre-sell some one-on-one spots for 2025. Let your audience know that you're fully booked in your one-on-one spots through the end of the year. Go ahead and start pre-selling for 2025. Do whatever makes sense for you in the season and where you want your business to be. There are so many different things you can sell.
If you're unsure how to create that $10K month based off of your current project, I want to give you a few ways to generate that or even expand your product suite. One way you can do that, depending on what your one-on-one private coaching price point is, is you can have one private coaching client at $10,000. Your program with the highest accessibility to you is usually, not always, your highest ticket item. There are people out there that will pay that amount of money for a private coach, I promise you. Let’s say that your private coaching is $5K, or even $2K. You can do the math and figure out how many spots you need to fill to hit $10K.
Another thing you can do is sell spots in your group coaching program. If you’re moving from one-to-one to one-to-many, prelaunch. I have a client who is launching her first group program in January, so she's spending all of December selling spots for it so they can kick off in January. If your group program is $2,000, you only need to fill five spots to hit $10K before the end of the year. If it's a $1,000 program, you only need to fill ten spots. We can do the math there and do some reverse engineering to figure out what that $10K is going to look like for you. I want to give you a few more ideas. Let’s say you have a passive course that's $500. You only need to sell 20 of those to hit your $10K. We all know how much I love passive income. You can sell your course in Facebook groups, to your email list, your Instagram stories, so many different places and it’ll be hands-off for you when your clients enroll in the course.
Let’s say you have a $100 digital download; Our Fierce Business Passive Blueprint is on sale for $97 next week. If you sell one hundred of those, that’s a $10K month for you. Maybe you just launched a big course last month and you're looking to utilize your lower ticket offer as a downsell to those in your audience who weren't quite ready for the higher ticket course. Some type of low-ticket download or a mini course would be perfect. If it's $50, then you'll need twice as many sales to hit the $10K. You only need to sell 200 spots for the mini course at a $50 price point. You can do some math to figure out how you can hit that goal, but first take a look at what your current offers are instead of brainstorming something new. Take a look at your current offers and really ask yourself what it is that feels good to you.
I want to share a few other things for some more quick cash injections in your business as we wrap the year up. One way to do this is with intensives. I love it when clients create intensives for their audience, whether it's a one-on-one call or a week of Voxer. These are quick and don’t take much energy to create. You're not creating a brand new course to hit $10K before the end of the year. I want you to think about things that you already have. Maybe you have some courses that you've already sold and other things that you can bundle up together. Pre-selling spots for 2025 is another great way to generate quick cash flow. You can create secret menu items and sell them online by sending the link in DMs. That is exactly what we do and we will probably do something like that next week, so keep an eye out if you're looking for examples. We share all of this with our clients inside of our paid programs. We have templates and things like that as well.
