Today, I will be answering a question that a client asked inside of one of my programs. Today’s question is, do we need to convince people to invest? I will be sharing how we supported our client with this question and giving you full-on coaching here in this episode.

Welcome back to another episode of The Fierce Business Babe Podcast! This week is a very, very special week because for the first time ever we are releasing two episodes of the podcast, and yes, this will be continuing. Moving forward we will be adding two episodes per week, one on Monday mornings, which will be my usual longer length deep dive episodes, very action-oriented for you. These are the same episodes that we've been having up until now every single week, and now on Thursdays a new shorter style episode that I will be calling the Fierce Business Q&A. This is a little mini episode for you answering one question that a client asked in one of our programs. If you were familiar with my old Instagram account before it was hacked, we used to have IGTVs called the Fierce Business Q&A, very similar. We have decided to add even more value here and create brand new audio episodes. Same thing, client questions, band new. We have not had any of these questions shared over on Instagram, so this brand new material for you. I'm so, so, so excited. So this is how it's going to work, each week my team will pull a question that a client asked in one of our programs and I'm going to go into full detail on how he answered the question and supported our clients. Yes, I am going to be providing full-on coaching for you today in this brand new episode! Again, it's going to be quick and to the point, so let's dive right on in.
Today's question is, do we need to convince people to invest? A little bit more info about this question, this client was referring to investing in their program, their services, that sort of thing. This was actually pulled from my program The Six-Figure Fierce Business Master, which is my 6-month mastermind where I help you scale to consistent $10K months in your business while working less. We really focus heavily on the front-end and back-end of your business and turn it into a well-oiled machine so that you can continue to grow without the hustle and without the burn out. It's a lot of moving from one-to-one to one-to-many, starting group programs, masterminds, scaling your programs, hiring your first few team members, adding lots of automation into your business systems so everything can be easier and you can go and spend your time doing the things that you love.
So again, the question for today is do we need to convince people to invest? The way that we support our clients in this container at the moment is with monthly group coaching calls where we dive deep into content. If you’ve ever worked with me before you know how much I love to share screens and show behind-the-scenes of my own business, because I remember when I was in your shoes wondering, what does the six-figure, multiple six-figure, even 7-figure business, even look like? How do they run? I love showing the behind the scenes of my own business as well and putting together action steps for my clients to move forward. These clients also have access to a Slack channel to ask questions every single day, unlimited feedback on all things in business, private coaching calls with both support coaches and myself, and also provide access to my other programs and courses. So yes, my clients in this program get everything and more, including an entire course with Mastermind curriculum.
Now, the way that we supported our client with his question was the same day in the slack Channel. I'm in there multiple times per day, I'm in there more than I am on social media, supporting my client's personally because I love, love, love that client experience and supporting my clients of course and helping them move forward. So let's get to the answer of this question. Do we need to convince people to invest? The first thing I want to say is that my approach is to empower people to make a decision, whether it's to work with me or not. It does not matter, right? Regardless of whether it’s to work with me or not, them making a decision, them taking some type of action, that's the goal. I don't believe that we should ever need to “convince” anybody to work with us. However, we can coach them through limiting beliefs and blocks that are actually holding them back besides money. I would never recommend a client to join a program if it meant that they could not put food on the table or turn the lights on. There's also a difference between that and a potential client avoiding feeling uncomfortable.
So for example, and maybe this is something that you can ask someone when you're handling objections around money, is it that they can't actually afford it or that they feel it isn’t a fit? When they say they can't afford it does it mean that they can't have their lights on or is it that it's uncomfortable and they may need to sacrifice or need to cut a few things out, maybe they typically like their nails or hair getting done, for this to work for them? I also believe that everything unfolds in divine timing, at exactly the right time. It's never going to happen too soon, it’s never going to be too late. If somebody comes to you and they aren't a fit, that's okay because they're going to come back when they're meant to. They're going to come back when they're ready to take that next step. I already know that I already have so many other leads who are excited to buy from me right now. Keep pushing through, continue on, and just know that you should not need to convince anybody. At the end of the day, if they have any objections, which they normally do, we're human, everybody has some type of objection, but it's usually because A) they truly cannot afford it; B) they don't see the value in you or the program yet; or C) they don't believe that they can reach the goals themselves, that they can actually accomplish that point A to point B.
Again, I believe everything happens exactly when it’s meant to. There is an abundance of clients out there. We have so many that come back a month later, six months later, a year later; eventually they buy when they're ready to take that next step for themselves. It's really about you making yourself available for the people who are ready to buy right now. Know that everyone else will come back at some point if they are meant to.
