Create an Offer that Sells

Now, let's dive a bit deeper into creating your offer. I want to share some examples of different types of offers that you can create. If you're a coach or a service-based business, you can start with an ebook. Ebooks are a safe and comfortable way to get started. They're an easy way to create an entire product quickly and also low-ticket. However, when it comes to starting your business, it can be a little more difficult to make income when you're first starting. Let's say, for example, you're selling a $50 ebook. If you're going to need to hit a $5,000 a month, you're going to need to sell quite a few books versus instead if you had one-on-one coaching as your first offer and let's say you're selling packages at $1,000, you only need to sell five of those to have a 5k month.

Another type of offer is courses. Courses are an amazing tool for so many of your ideal clients. They do require some knowledge with tech and copywriting and are definitely a great option if you have an audience that you've already been nurturing. Courses are typically low-ticket to high-ticket, and you can see courses anywhere from $197 up to $997. One-on-one coaching, high-ticket retainers, and packages will really provide you with the most intimate experiences to get started, and group coaching is also another option that allows you to serve even more people. I typically recommend starting with one-on-one coaching because it's also the easiest. You don't need a full sales page or a website. It's much easier to just get started with a one-on-one coaching package.

Where Do You Want Your Client to Achieve?

Now, let's dive into the brainstorming process for creating your offer. The first thing you want to think about is, what is the transformation you want to create for your client? Where do you want to help them get to? What results do you want to help them achieve? What does that transformation look like? Where do you want your client to be after working with you? Once you have that, go ahead and write it down. That is your point B. Point B is where your client will be after working with you. It's where you would like them to be, the goal, the result, the transformation. Once you have that dialed in, then we get to start to brainstorm point A. Where is your ideal client before working with you? That's the point you'll want to share on social media, on an application page, or if you have a social media graphic that shares about your offer. Where they are now. And then also, point where your ideal client wants to be, where they will be after working with you. We've got point A and point B. Once you have those clear, you can decide what your ideal client needs to learn. What do they need to be guided through to move from point A to point B? Those are going to be the teaching points. So, those could be the modules in your course, the lessons you teach your one-on-one clients or your group coaching clients. Those are going to be the items that you need to go through to move from point A to point B. Then, we have delivering structure. How will your clients receive their program? What communication will there be between you and your client? Where will that be taking place? How much accessibility do they have to you?

The easier you make it for your clients to move from point A to point B, the more successful you'll be in your business. Remember, it's not required to start with one-on-one coaching or low-ticket items. It gets to be whatever feels good to you. There's no right or wrong way to start your business. So, choose the offer that feels best for you and your clients. And once you have your offer created and you're ready to launch it, remember to take a quick minute to give my podcast a fierce and raving review. It truly helps the podcast spread so that more people like you can learn how to start their businesses, grow, and scale, and just create a bigger impact in this world. Thank you for tuning in to the Fierce Business Bay podcast.

On this episode, we're going to dive deeper into creating your offer, whether it's your very first offer or your next offer that you're creating in your business. I will walk you through the exact process that I utilize every time I create something brand new in my business, and this is exactly what I teach my clients. Not everybody has something that they can teach others, but if you can teach somebody something that helps solve a problem, you can create an offer that you can sell in your business, whether it's a coaching business or another service-based business. If you want to start your own business, you definitely can. I believe everybody has something that they can teach somebody else because you only need to be a few steps ahead of your ideal client to create transformation.

So, let's get right into it. We're going to dive into deciding and brainstorming your offer, and how to map out what to create next. Before we start, I want to ask you to take one quick minute of your day today to give my podcast a fierce and raving review before you dive into the episode. It truly helps the podcast spread so that more people like you can learn how to start their businesses, grow, and scale, and just create a bigger impact in this world. I appreciate you so much for giving us a fierce and raving review. And something we're doing this week is if you do give us a fierce and raving review, we will be sending you a full training on how to launch the offer we brainstormed today in this episode. This training is valued at $197 by itself. So, go ahead. If you're currently in iTunes or another podcast app, start scrolling down below the episode you're listening to and go ahead and leave us a 5-star review. Leave a fierce review and screenshot it, and send it to me. Once I see that in my messages, I will send you the free training. It typically takes about 24 hours, if not a little longer, for reviews to get published on iTunes, so I'll be able to get that training to you even faster if you send me the screenshot. If you've already given us a review, thank you again so much. Go ahead and just share my podcast on Instagram, tag me, and then I'll send you that same training as well. All yours.

Now, let's get right into it. Let's start talking about creating offers. The first thing you want to think about is, what is the transformation you want to create for your client? Where do you want to help them get to? What results do you want to help them achieve? What does that transformation look like? Where do you want your client to be after working with you? Once you have a clear vision of where you want your client to be, you can start to work backward and map out the steps that your client needs to take to get there. This is where you determine your teaching points or the modules in your course.

Who is your Ideal Client?

Another important aspect of creating your offer is to understand your ideal client. Who is your ideal client? What are their pain points? What do they struggle with? What do they want to achieve? What are their goals? When you have a clear understanding of your ideal client, you can create an offer that speaks directly to them and their needs. This is where you determine your point A or where your ideal client is before working with you.

Once you have your point A and point B, you can start to brainstorm the teaching points or the modules in your course. What does your ideal client need to learn to move from point A to point B? What are the steps they need to take? What are the tools or resources they need to have? This is where you determine the content of your offer.

Delivering your offer is also an important aspect of creating your offer. How will your clients receive your program? What communication will there be between you and your clients? Where will your program take place? How much accessibility do your clients have to you? These are all important questions to consider when delivering your offer.

In summary, creating your offer is the foundation of your business. It's what you're going to be selling to your clients, and it's what's going to help them achieve the transformation that they're looking for. When you're creating your offer, it's important to think about the transformation you want to create, understand your ideal client, brainstorm your teaching points, and consider how you're going to deliver your offer. By following these steps, you'll be well on your way to creating a successful offer that will help you grow your business and achieve your goals. So, take some time to brainstorm your offer today, and I can't wait to see what you come up with.
