Today, I am diving into how you can sell multiple offers at once in your business. I am going to chat about how I am able to sell multiple offers simultaneously in my business. I am also going to share how you can start on the journey to selling multiple offers and some tips and tricks for doing so.

How to Sell Multiple Offers at Once

Welcome back to another episode of The Fierce Business Babe Podcast. Something I do in my business every single week, and I've done this for years, is selling multiple offers at once. Typically a question that comes up from my clients is, how do you do that? Can I do that? A lot of clients come to me when they see me do a certain thing in my business and wonder how they can also implement that into their businesses. I have shifted a lot of my programs into evergreen programs. I sell multiple offers all week long. We continue to scale the business. A lot of those things are things I support my clients with if it’s something they want to incorporate into their own businesses. Another big thing that I love supporting my clients with is shifting their sales process. For example, I have not done a sales call in over five years now and a lot of my clients also want to do that. That's not the only way to run your business, but a lot of clients come to me for some of these things. Today I'm going to be diving into one of those things, which is selling multiple offers. There are going to be some coaches out there who absolutely disagree with doing this, and that's okay. I'm going to share with you why I love doing this and how you can do this in your business as well. Something that I always say is that you are the CEO of your business, so you can make the rules. There are no rules except for the ones that you set up for yourself. You get to run your business in a way that feels aligned to you. We're going to get into some of the different types of offers you can sell, what selling multiple offers looks like in my business, messaging shifts for different offers, and so much more. 

SELLING HOW YOU WANT TO SELL

I mentioned at the beginning of this episode that there are going to be some coaches who absolutely disagree with what I'm about to tell you, and that’s okay. I'm here to share with you what works for me, what works for my clients, and what they've been able to achieve in their businesses. I’m here to let you know that you can also sell as many offers or as few offers at once in your business as you would like. There are no rules. I want to help shift your perspective if you've wanted to sell more in your business and sell different offers at once. You totally can and I’m here to give you that permission slip. When clients first start working with me in the beginning stages of their business I typically recommend, and of course this is not the only way, starting with one offer and launching that before expanding into other offers. This is so our clients can practice sales and experience a launch and so that they can bring clients through their programs at a smaller scale before really taking things to the next level. 

I started my online business in 2014 and I have learned so much over the years. I have been in this industry for quite some time and I can share with you that things are so much easier to tweak or adjust when you're working with a few clients or one-on-one clients and make updates as you support them. Then when you really grow and launch a group program or a full course, you don't need to make all of those changes with a lot of people or multiple offers at once. Create one, make sure it works, and then continue to expand. Eventually you'll have this huge, expansive, beautiful, powerful product suite in your business and it'll be so much easier to sell multiple offers at the same time. If you are currently afraid to sell or selling makes you feel sleezy or gross, I want you to really spend some time on your sales mindset. Start to shift perspective and reframe stories into how selling really can be serving. We sell every single day in our business in multiple ways on multiple platforms. Selling feels so good to me and I promise it can also feel so good to you as we start to shift into the mindset that selling is serving. People can't get that transformation unless they know about your offers and programs. So again, I typically recommend filling your first offer and then starting to expand into your next.  It'll be so much easier to sell multiple at the same time if you have that experience. 

WHY I LOVE SELLING MULTIPLE OFFERS

The big question I get asked is, “Melissa, why do you love to self multiple offers at one time?” I know my audience so well. I know that there are some who would be a better fit for my Fierce Business Academy. I know there are some that are a bit further along in their business and would be a better fit for my Six-Figure Fierce Business Mastermind. Not everybody is ready for your one specific program that you have open right now, and that's okay. I also want to be able to support my audience on many levels more than once or twice a year depending on when doors are open. I want to be able to support on many levels 365 days a year. Since most of my programs are no longer open-close, they are now more evergreen, I am able to do that. I actually have a podcast episode about this. Most of my programs are evergreen and what I absolutely love about that is that I am able to sell all of them all of the time. Maybe you're asking yourself, what type of offers can you sell all the time? It’s anything that you want. For example, this week we have spots open in our program The Fierce Business Academy. In this program we help women start their online coaching or service-based business and help them start signing their first few clients and scaling to $5k months. This is an evergreen program, so it does make it easier to sell it all of the time. Let's say it wasn't an evergreen program, it was an open-close model. Maybe everyone started on the same date and then eventually ended on the same date. If you have a program like that and you're wondering, how can I sell this all of the time? How can I sell this if it's not open? You could always pre-sell for the next cohort. If your next cohort doesn't start until March or April, you can pre-sell for those spots, which a lot of folks do. 

So what are some other things you can do? What other offers can you sell at the same time? Again, anything that you want. We chatted about how we have a few spots open for The Fierce Business Academy this week. We also have a spot or two open this week for The Six-Figure Fierce Business Mastermind where we help women take their businesses to the next level. We help women scale to consistent $10K months. Inside of that program we focus on serving more people, expanding product suites, amplifying systems, adding more automation, hiring, and delegating. We also have one spot at the moment to get started in Fiercely Scale. This is our higher-level mastermind where we help women scale to $30-$50K months in their businesses. In this program we focus on amplifying and shifting you into that true CEO mode. Before Fiercely Scale was an evergreen program, we pre-sold our spots. The program itself was full before it even started. Again, a way to sell some of your programs even if spots are completely full so that you can bring in some more cash flow and be selling more offers all of the time is opening some spots early for the next cohort. 

MESSAGING SHIFTS FOR MULTIPLE OFFERS

You can sell high-ticket, mid-ticket, and low-ticket items all at the same time. The key here is that you are extremely clear on what the difference is between your offers. This is so important that people know what it is that they're interested in and what the differences are. If it isn't clear, it's likely that your audience may not take action, and that's not the goal. We want them to make a decision and step forward and take that next step, so be extremely clear on what the differences between your offers are. It is also important to make it extremely clear to your audience in different ways. One way that we do this is by sharing the different ways my audience can work with me each month. We do this with captions and with Instagram stories. I do more of my selling in my Instagram stories and my email list. If you saw those in my stories, you have seen the new membership details. We sell and share our different programs in many different ways. Start watching my Instagram stories if you haven't been recently and you will see how we do this. 

If somebody is reaching out to me or my team via our support email asking about different programs, I like to ask a few pre-qualifying questions and then share with them what I believe is the best fit for them instead of them trying to figure it out on their own. I’m going to walk you through it so you can get an idea of what this actually looks like. On my Instagram story I will share the program name, what the program is, the results you can expect inside, and how to reach out for more details. Our captions are very similar, they have the program name, who it’s for, and any of the requirements. We do have a few requirements for some of our programs. To apply for Fiercely Scale, which is my highest level Mastermind and a blend of private coaching with me and high-level Mastermind, you must be bringing in a minimum of $8-$10K a month in your business, and we share that in the caption. This makes it easier for our audience to reach out and ask about a specific program and makes it a little easier for them to make that decision. We'll have some type of conversation usually. 

With Fiercely Scale, for example, we’ll ask our audience to reach out to us with the word “scale” to let us know that's the program they're interested in. Keep it simple and communicate with your audience. Make it very clear how to work with you. Our audience cannot read our mind, so we need to make it as easy as possible for them to communicate with you and take action. The easier it is for them, the more likely they will actually take action. No more beating around the bush today. There are people in your audience who want to know exactly how to work with you and which containers that you have available right now, so share it with them. We always want to help your potential client find a program that's going to be the best fit for them, regardless of whether it's with you or somebody else. It may not necessarily be the one that's going to give you more sales. It is about serving and supporting your clients in the containers that will be the best fit for them to be successful, then they can always continue on to your next little container after that. 

Something I want to leave you with is reminding you to create awareness around your programs, it is so important. Create awareness often. Even if your programs are not open, create awareness around your programs. Share testimonials, share client wins, and have so much fun selling your programs. No matter what you're selling or how many things you're selling, you get to be so excited about your offer. If you aren't excited, your audience won’t be either. You get to be excited, they'll be excited. Have so much fun filling your various offers because, again, selling is serving. Start selling more offers if you're able to support more programs at one time. If you're not sure, then feel free to reach out to me.
