Today, I am diving into how I fill my programs without launching consistently. I will be sharing the exact strategy that I am using right now and give you tips and advice on how you can create more sales in your business.

How I Fill My Programs Without Launching

We are back for another brand new episode and we're going to be talking all about how I fill my programs in my business without launching all of the time. Now, this is something that I will say, it's changed a lot over the last few years since I started and I definitely did a lot more launching back in the day and we still do from time to time. This is often one of the biggest questions I get from clients and what energy it takes to launch every single month. I am seeing and hearing from a lot of entrepreneurs that are starting to burnout because they are just constantly launching every single month.

 

We're going to be getting into my experience with some of my new big tips and tricks to sell. There is no wrong way to sell your offers and your programs. There are dozens and dozens of different strategies out there and dozens of different ways to do things. So, for example, I have some clients that love launches. They love the structure of launching and everything evergreen or passive. So there's no right or wrong. You just need to make sure it's going to support you and your lifestyle. There are different models out there with different strategies.

 

In my first, few years as a business coach, I launched almost quarterly. If not a little more often than that. I would launch at the same time each year so that just really helped me get into the groove and routine. If it's the first time, like a live launching versus the evergreen model, it can be a lot of prep work and the first month is always going to be the busiest. But once it is built you can use them for future launches, so you don't need to recreate them. The first few times that I ran my program, for example, I only opened it a few times per year. So, it did not run all year long, as it does now and we're going to talk a little bit about some of those perks for open close.

 

Anytime we do a bigger launch, we do a lot of smaller launches and smaller pushes as well. And we give guarantees for the next X amount of months because some of them buy on payment plans from the launches. And you also could have high injections of cash flow that are bigger launches. We were able to inject cash into the business and as we continue to add more people and serve more than alongside the cash flow from the social media platform, lessons series, some type of conversion event and list.

 

I have some clients who love the structure that I have and some similar to it. As I mentioned too a percent of our programs are evergreen in the cart. They are offered after the first opt-in and we repurpose a lot of material for freebies. This is something that we actually support our clients with, we have this amazing launch template that we just duplicate, every time we do a bigger lunch and now that we do smaller ones, we just duplicated for the smaller ones, but we have a process for a those. So every time this comes around, I can duplicate that process and everything is just so much easier. We know the dates that are important for the program, we know everything that's needed for the launch schedule. What social media Graphics we need, the sales page, the check-out page, etc. We have this big template with everything that we need and all the tasks that will be needed throughout the launch for each of the team members. We have this for all of our clients, we support our clients and help them through their launches so that they also have the step by step for their launches, to make it easier.

 

When it comes to running an evergreen program, you can fill spots all year round. So, you may not see that big rush of people in the same amount of time as a live lunch. If you did a two-month launch or a six-week launch twice per year, per year with an effort to support people all year round as well. With that model, you really are making sure that you’re adding value consistently. This podcast episode goes out to my social media platforms and my email list. The newsletter that goes out, always pushing out content and really adding value as well, every single day, with the intent of adding value. It's one of my non-negotiables. My business has to add value every single day. And then the second thing is, we are also really connecting with our audience and selling every single day.

 

We sell on Instagram stories, the media platforms, over my Instagram exercises in mini training, the things for you there to run sales and we're also creating multiple permission slips on our platform. My clients come from a mix of places and I think it's important to keep in mind that people take different actions. Some may apply after reading an email that they receive from us, some reach out to me directly after they listen to a podcast episode. We want to make sure you are attracting new folks into your audience in many different places and your are nurturing those leads. Then you should be putting them through your sales process, you will see conversions. So, we're selling daily, and we also create awareness around our programs all year-round. I can guarantee that if we went through my Instagram stories from this past week, I talked about my bigger offers, at least, once this week and talks about at least each of my smaller programs once per week.

 

Let's get into some of my tips and tricks for you as well. We get to add value consistently. We do this every single day. We're really wanting to help our audience move the needle forward with their business.  If you're just adding massive amounts of tips and tricks until I highly recommend you do something similar to a fierce business Q&A episode where you put out a video every single week answering a question. We're always doing mini trainings on Instagram stories, too. We are always creating multiple permission slips for our audience to let us know they want to work with us. For every one person that does apply for your program, there are twenty or thirty more that are there lurking and being silent supporters and wanting to work with you waiting for that one post that really connects the points for them to go from a lead to a paying client. So keep going.

 

Continue to create brand awareness for clients and nurture your audience. And then also start to sell and sell often I really sell every single day. Let's get into some of my big tips and tricks that can help you start filling more of your spots in your programs. You want to make sure your audience sees you as an authority figure. In order to do so you want to make sure that you're showing social proof, that you're showing testimonials, create an Instagram story highlight around your client wins and you get to definitely toot your own horn, to brag about your client results, showing other folks who want that result that it’s also possible for them. It's so inspirational to be sharing this with your audience, well, and really connect with your audience and take the time to talk to your audience.

I'm here to add value and create that impact that I know I'm here to create so connect with your audience, get to know them and let them get to know you.
