Welcome back to another episode of The Fierce Business Babe podcast! I am so excited for this one. I received a lot of great feedback from the last Fierce client case study, so here I am doing another and I can't wait! I'm excited to share today's client case study because it reminds us that shifts can happen quickly in business, emotions, physicality, and finances. Today's client went from $5,000 per month in her business to over $30,000 a month in less than six months, and I can't wait to pull back the curtain and show you the behind-the-scenes of the shifts that happened in her business.

Now let's dive into the case study. First, let me tell you a little bit about this client. She is a nutrition coach who came to me with one offer in her business at the time: one-on-one coaching. We outlined a group coaching program together, but it had not yet launched. Together, we made a lot of shifts to grow her business from $5,000 per month to $30,000 per month in less than six months, which we'll explore in more detail.

Making Mindset Shifts

One of the first mindset shifts we worked on was how to hold space for more people. When you go from supporting five clients in a group program to supporting 20 or 30 or 40 clients, it can be scary and overwhelming. We streamlined her onboarding process, which was 100% manual at the time, and automated it to save time. She also hired a team member to support her with administrative tasks so that she could lean into her programs more and support more clients. Prioritizing self-care was also crucial for her to hold more space for clients.

We also worked on streamlining her business and setting clear boundaries. We dug deep into her "why" and reminded her of what excites her and lights her up. We worked on developing a game plan and tweaking her program to bring in more clients. We also focused on taking care of herself, knowing that self-care is an essential aspect of being able to hold space and support others.

Another big mindset shift was making decisions from a place of knowing it's all going to work out. Instead of asking herself what will happen if her program doesn't fill up or if she only gets one person, she started asking herself what she will do once her program fills up and how she will show up for her clients. We made a conscious effort to sell and add value every day, knowing that there are people in her audience who need both.

Finally, we worked on detaching from when or how many results were going to happen. She did what she knew she needed to do and focused on taking action, knowing that she couldn't control the outcome or when it would come together.

All of these mindset shifts, along with business shifts like launching her group coaching program, helped her grow her business from $5,000 per month to over $30,000 per month in less than six months. It was incredible to see her take so much action and make big moves in her business without asking for permission or worrying about what her audience would think.

I hope this case study inspires you and reminds you that shifts can happen quickly. It's important to work on mindset shifts and business shifts to take your business to the next level. In this episode, we're going to dive into the details of how one of my clients was able to grow her business from 5K months to 30K months. She was able to achieve this by making some key changes in her mindset and her business strategies.

Small Changes for a Big Impact

One of the first things we did was to get clear on what she needed to keep doing to grow her business versus what she could stop doing. This allowed us to create more efficiency and prioritize the tasks that were actually moving her business forward. She also knew that she was going to need more support as she started launching, so she hired a new team member. She had been doing it all on her own, and hiring a team member allowed her to get the support she needed to grow her business.

Another change we made was getting her business and personal life into a consistent routine. She created consistency in all areas of her life, both business and personal. Taking care of herself and showing up for her business were equally important, and she was able to achieve both by prioritizing her time and energy.

We also amplified what was already working. We repurposed her longer-form content into smaller, bite-sized pieces of content, which allowed her to show up more without needing to create 10 pieces of brand new content every single week. This strategy saved her time and energy, and it served her business incredibly well.

We put an actual plan together, a detailed launch plan, so she knew exactly what needed to be done and when. Having a plan in place allowed her to be more focused, organized, and efficient. We also made some mindset shifts and business shifts. For example, she decided to increase her program prices after her first launch, which helped her hit her 30K month.

As her business continued to grow, we started planning ahead and getting her business ready to support a bigger group coaching program. We mapped out what her program would look like, how it would start running, and what needed to change or be brought in to her program in terms of support materials as it grew to 30 clients, 50 clients, 100 clients, and beyond. We even hired a support coach and created a training library for future support coaches.

In addition to making these strategic changes, we also encouraged her to have more fun in her business. She added in some secret menu items, like private box coaching, which allowed her to experiment and try new things. This strategy helped her make some of her 30K in her first big month of business.

As a reminder, so much can shift so quickly. Six months from now, your life and your business can look so different, and it's absolutely incredible how quickly some of these shifts can make. Stay the course, keep going, and don't give up. Every strategy can work as long as you work at it.
