IN THIS EPISODE:

Today, we’re going to go through how to create your signature offer. I’m going to go through the mistakes that I made because I don’t want you to have to go through those and give you the tools to sell like a sales queen. In my experience I had a few different scenarios, so let’s dive in.


Scenario #1: I would come up with this great idea, get it all together and post it on my social media (this was before IG stories) and guess what happened… NO one bought.


What would happen in this scenario is that I would start discounting, thinking it may have been too expensive, but still no one bought it and the cycle continued.


So, if you’re struggling with that this episode will be perfect for you because we’re going to talk about how to not let that happen in your business.


Scenario #2: If no one bought, I sat there and thought, no one wanted the program. I didn’t so my market research and I didn’t know what people were looking for and then I would just keep creating another new offer week after week. I had a 4 week, 8 week, 21 day program and I ended up confusing my audience and myself because I had so much going on.


You want to have very clear and concise offer.


So, I’m going to help you determine what you need to create this signature program specifically for you.


How you do this:


One of the most important things is you need to do your market research.

If you are going to sell a program or something your market research is so important because you need to make sure that you are solving one one of their problems.


Step 1: We need to think about the what. In any business, we have to be clear and we have to make sense about what it is we do. We have to determine what problem it is that we can solve. We have to niche down as much as possible.


Start asking yourself: What is a problem that you have solved? Most of time we want to teach a problem that we’ve experienced ourselves and overcome. If you are having trouble with this think about what you love talking about in life, to your best girlfriend.


We have to be crystal clear about what is it exactly that you help with.


Action Item: Put together your “I help” sentence that describes your what.


We want our “I help” sentence to sound like, I help (this type of person) create (this type of result) by taking (this type of action).


Step 2: WHO. We must determine who has this problem and they are going to be out ideal client.


Start asking yourself: Who in the world has this problem that you’re helping people solve? Does this person have certain traits? What keeps them up at night? Do they have certain struggles? Really dig deep into this. Once you start to sell this you’ll need to connect and speak to them as you’re speaking to them in your content. Think about who this person is and create those details.


Action Item: I want you to put together your what and who in your sentence just as I mentioned above and add it to your platform bios.


Selling is all about human connection.


Step 3: Creation. We really go deep into this in the Fierce Fitness Business Academy. This is the last piece of the puzzle before you launch your program.


Brainstorm: Point A: Where are your ideal clients. Point B: This is where I want my client to go after I work with them. What is your Point A and B for your ideal clients and however you are going to get them there, this is your program.


Ask yourself: How much time will they need to get there? This will be the program length. How much support do they need? How do you want to deliver it? Then start to outline it. The reason this is so important is that this is going to create your signature program that is clear. Master your one signature thing first then move onto the next tier.

Then it’s time to sell! And you can create your program after they purchased the program, start to sell now and create your program as it goes.
